Chef Adrianna

Adrianna Holiat is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Natural Foods Chef. After completing her Bachelor’s degree at Fordham University, she went on to receive a Culinary Arts degree from The Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health, the premiere culinary school for Health Supportive Cooking. Adrianna is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (Columbia University accredited), the only nutrition school integrating a diverse range of dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies such as Ayurveda and Eastern Medicine with modern concepts and lifestyles like the Glycemic Index and raw foods.

Through her quest to live a well balanced, centered and holistically minded life, and to help others do the same, Adrianna has studied numerous approaches to gaining and maintaining a healthy, bountiful life. These include (and are in no way all encompassing) Macrobiotic, Vegan and Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Body Ecology, Candida Diet, and Blood Type Diet. She believes no one way of living or eating is right for everyone. Spirituality, exercise, and personal relationships all play a critical role in our health and every client is treated on an individual basis so that their needs may be fully met and fulfilled.

Adrianna has worked with a vast array of clients in varying degrees of health. From diagnosed Celiacs, offering food coaching and cooking classes to helping children with Autism, ADHD, and ADD, implementing special diets including, but not limited to a gluten free, casein free diet as well as the Specific Carb Diet to creating body specific cleanse and detox programs, working with patients undergoing chemotherapy, cholesterol and stress reduction through diet and lifestyle modification, to those simply seeking help in creating a “greener” life.
